All orders over £100 have complimentary free delivery.

For orders below £100 the cost of the delivery depends on the size and weight of your parcel and the carrier used. Please check the exact cost at the checkout.

We use UPS Next-Day service for the vast majority of orders. Very large, bulky and heavy items may requite pallet freight.

Orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) will usually be sent out on the same day, provided the items you have ordered are held in stock.

Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following morning. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be sent out on the next business day.

In the event that an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, then we will contact you and advise you of an estimated delivery timescale.

We currently only ship to Mainland UK addresses. If you would like to place an order from Northern Ireland, or from outside the UK, then please contact us. We will do our best to find a cost effective way of getting your goods to you.

When you receive your order, please inspect the outer packaging. Please DO NOT ACCEPT the package if you see any major damage, or if the seal/tape is broken/missing, or if the package has been opened in any way. Please ask the courier to return the package and then contact us. We will arrange for a speedy re-delivery.
